Pizza Hut

This place used to be hit or miss lately its been pretty good. If you like boneless wings here are totally over rated. If you like the cheese bread sticks they're always over cooked. The pan pizzas are great. The stuffed crust isn't what it's used to be imo. All and all decent grub par for the course when it comes to fast food and pizza chains now a days.

Sunday, Sept 3. Was told 20 minutes….1 hour later was told our order got burnt. It would be nice if you told us instead of having us sitting around for an hour!!!! Turning people away at the door, employees standing around with no motivation to move any faster. Telling customers their orders are all free. I hope you close soon. Never again for me.

Food was okay for fast service casual, the employee at the cash register was very kind and apologized for not bringing out food as requested. She was clearly overworked. They appear to be short staffed there as she was doing everything by herself in the front of store, not only for carry out folks but also for dine in customers. I'm not sure what was going on in the back but I overheard a lot of singing along to BBD Poison song that was playing and alot of laughing lol?? I requested contactless pickup to my car but no one showed up after waiting for about 15 minutes in the parking lot. I had to wait another 10 minutes or so in the store to finally get my order that I had already paid for on the mobile app. Not an overall great customer service experience but again I don't think that's the fault of the employee there, they need additional staff or at least someone from the back to come out and help a little more in my opinion.
