Pizza Hut

Would rate zero if I could. Have ordered from here many times. This last time was the last straw. My wife called and since they had our number on file from the many times we have had them deliver before that already had our address and even confirmed it twice on the phone. After over an hour of no food being delivered my wife called back and spoke to the driver who said he delivered it to the wrong address and told her she provided the incorrect address. We asked them to please bring us the order to the correct address and after over an hour again the driver calls and says he can’t deliver to us with no explanation as to why. Quite annoyed at this point my wife calls the store and speaks to the manger there and the manger is very rude to her and hangs up on her after my wife asked for a refund. So I then called back myself and asked for the manager to confirm she was in fact issuing us the refund and she responded extremely rudely to me and said I already told your wife I was. (She did

Closed nearly an hour early and declined my order. Would not have been a big deal of the lady on the phone hadn’t been very rude and kept cutting me off. I work good service. Not an acceptable way to talk to customers.

The Secor Rd. location has a friendly staff that makes your experience great. They have become my go-to Pizza Hut. I will continue to drive across town from Point Place to get my food from them.
