i worked at FUSIAN back on 2018 when they first opened, so i know how things operate, for the most part. i doordashed an order because i was at work and didn't have the chance to run to pick it up myself. ordered a pb&j roll and the mango sticky rice. roll was fine, they do a poor job cutting it (hand slicing rolls was my specialty, and favorite thing to do, back then), but that's neither here nor there, because i know the soy wraps are a pain. my issue is with the mango sticky rice. i've ordered the pineapple version before and was very satisfied with it, but this time around, i was unable to eat it after one bite. the mango has clearly been sitting out and while and, when i smelled it, it smelled like fish: this tells me that there's a storage issue. meat products and produce should never be stored in the same area, especially raw, such as the fish served at this restaurant. when i worked there in 2018, fish and meat would be stored in one cooler, produce in the other. clearly not th
