Pizza Hut

Absolute worst Pizza Hut experience. Wings stale. Breadsticks not ready when ordered for pickup. Cheese on pizza tasted like rubber. Absolute waste of money. Unfortunately Pizza Hut quality has gone down the drain.

I asked for contact less pick up since I had a child in the car and did want to leave her in the car. I waited 10 mins while 2 customers came in and pickup their orders. I had to leave my car and pick up my pizza . She apologized ingenuity and I felt very disrespect by her lack of remorse. She rolled her eyes and made me feel unwelcome. She was not alone in store but was talking to coworker. Terrible customer service.

Worst place ever. We had a kids party and decide to call ahead of time and order 4 pizzas. After an hour or so, I called the store and they told me my order was out for delivery. An hour more past and called again to find out my order was still in the store waiting for a driver. When I asked why they said my order was out for delivery they respond that the fault was of the driver that didn’t saw my order and will have to wait for other 40 min. For my order. I got upset and demand to cancel my order. (Kids were hungry, moody asking for pizza) The manager was super rude, scream at me and said she couldn’t do anything about it. Well if you are a manager you should (1. Apologize 2. try to keep the Costumer on business and then cancel the order) well what I got in response was a rude talk and that she hang up on me. Now I have to wait 3 business days for my money back. Worst experience ever. There is no more costumer service no more. People should appreciate out business
