I have placed an order for delivery on the app which took over an hour. I had asked the delivery to call or text when they arrived and I would come out. The app said my food was delivered but I did not get anything so I called the store. The person at the store said the delivery person left my food at the door. They left the food at the wrong apartment outside for 20 minutes. I called the store to complain and was promised a $20 credit that I could use in store by giving my phone number. I went in the store and no such credit was on my account.
Ordered online 30 minutes ahead of time, arrived and waited another 20 minutes while watching the drive through and walk in orders getting their food first.
A whole hour to deliver 2 sandwiches. I live 3 mins away
