Pizza Hut

For my Birthday, my friend & I drove almost a half hour to get there with the impression it was an actual restaurant where you could sit & eat, etc. After all, that's what the owner said on the Google Maps page for Pizza Hut. Disappointment #2: we were ignored by staff when we went to place our order. It took 5 minutes to get their attention! We ordered my favorite, the Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza. Disappointment #3: It was TOO SALTY & DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TASTE - JUST SALT, NO CHEESE, NO MARINARA SAUCE. Disappointment #4: We had to sit at a small iron table outside a nearby restaurant - embarrassing & uncomfortable! This Pizza Hut is a disgrace to the company: bad customer service, bad cooking, misleading info. My Birthday was ruined & my poor friend wasted his money!

I ordered a very simple cheese personal Pan pizza and asked the Cashier If there would be any additional charge for extra toppings. Hey replied you get one topping. I then asked if it would be the same price if I ordered a cheese pizza with 1 topping of olives and he replied yes. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed that I was charged 60 cents for the olive topping. So there is room for Accuracy in the delivery when asked questions while ordering.

I used to really enjoy Pizza Hut growing up so we thought we’d try it and have it delivered through ubereats. We got a large pizza, cinnamon sticks, brownie, and Cinnabon rolls. Sadly it was not how I remembered all the food was very chewy and just felt artificial. The flavoring was good! But we couldn’t get over the chewiness of everything else. We tried a little bit of each but threw the majority of it out. Not sure if we’ll do a Pizza Hut ever again. :/
