Pizza Hut

Get organized. I showed up to pick up my order at 5:44, signed the receipt and was told it was in the oven (I had placed the order an hour before for a 5:45 schedule pick up). I waited and waited and even asked the manager if the two pizzas in the warming oven were mine (turns out they were) and she said no! When "my" order was done and the manager tried to hand them to me I stated that was not my order. Finally they checked and the pizzas that had been ready for 30 minutes (that I had asked them to check if they were mine), were finally given to me. It takes 10 seconds to correct a mistake and keep the customer happy and even when asked to do so they refused. Now you have a very unhappy customer for being stubborn for no reason.

Great store! Reliable, friendly, fast, and slinging Greatest pies! Conveniently located off I-35 service road at Sanger/Pilot Point/Hwy 455 exit SE corner, can't miss it. Order ahead on the app, easy pickup here in Sanger-or just running the hwy hungry, easy on/off. Order up!

Place is literally amazing. Soooo understaffed though but the staff they do have is always kind and friendly and does everything they can to make sure my food is hot and fresh. 100% will be ordering over and over.
