Dairy Queen

I came in tonight (6/7/2022) at about 8:30pm. Ordered a burger, fries and drink. After several other people ordered after me and got their food, I went and asked about mine. They said they were making it. Another 10 minutes went by and they brought it out. A burger, fries and a box that contained chicken strips and fries. I didn't notice the box with the chicken strips until I had already started eating my burger and fries. I figured I would just throw it away. Just as I finished my meal, someone must've inquired about their chicken strips. The kid came out to my table, told me he made a mistake, took the box and gave it to another customer.... after it had already been sitting on my table for probably 10 minutes. That's just nasty. Not only was it cold by then, but I could have done anything to that food.

Stopped in to get some chicken strip meals and they are completely out of French fries, they say they can give you onion rings instead but then charge you for it! I asked if they could give an extra piece of chicken and was told no. I then went up to collect the kids ice cream cones dipped in chocolate and they want to charge .70 cents to dip the kids cone I asked if they could let it slide because of not being able to provide French fries for the meals and the manager Kendra said no they have to charge it’s just how they do it! She also had an attitude about how she said it. Will say the food they were able to provide was delicious!

Always great food at great prices. The dining area was extremely clean, and the management staff is always on the move to make sure that everyone is happy and full.
