Pizza Hut

This was by far the worst pizza experience I have had in many years. It reminded me why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut. I ordered at 7:50 pm and the pizza arrived at 9:00 pm, (on a Monday evening) barely warm and 90% of the order was incorrect. I live 5-10 minutes from the store but somehow the driver took 25 minutes to get from the store to my house and again showed up with barely warm food. One item out of 4 was correct in the whole order. When I tried to call back at just past 9:00 pm I got the voicemail stating they were closed, despite their hours being listed as open until 11 PM. All around a terrible experience with them, only saving grace may be the 1-800 number I got directed to call from their early close voicemail that actually was helpful.

The management in Roy is awesome. Especially the district supervisor Scott. He not only took care of me and was kind but went well above and beyond my expectations on the food quality. What an amazing team. Definitely have a repeat customer. I'll be a pizza hut customer for life.

Great staff and the pizza was very good. They were running a bit behind but that's no worries because they seemed to only have 1-2 employees working in the back. My thought is that $15-$20 pizzas would be able to afford more employees. But the current employees were fantastic and did a great job. They were super nice and accommodating. They brought the pizza out to us in the car since they were running behind.
