Went through, got 2 tacos and nachos. Came to $11.01, and I was charged $110.01. No one answers the phone. I'm not sure what they did or why they manually input the total, but now I have to dispute through my bank.
I don't get it. We normally love this Del Taco. But last night, we ordered some shakes in the drive thru around 11pm. They gave us our total and told us to pull forward. 2 cars were ahead of us. When we got to pay at the window, the "manager" (I'm assuming that's who she was) tells us the shake machine is broken. To her credit, she did say "sorry" when she told us the shake machine was broken. But that's about it. Ummm. Ok? Maybe tell us that when we order? Or maybe try to make up for the inconvenience with, I don't know, a small fry or something? Like seriously guys. Basic customer service 101. Get it together. Until they do folks? Stay away.
I come here every Monday night with my grand daughter and boyfriend. We love it here! My favorite right now is the brisket.
