Pizza Hut

3 hours to get a pizza from less than 2 miles away on a Saturday afternoon. After 2 hours I called the store number to ask about my order. On my 2nd attempt somebody actually answered. She was great, though, and called the store manager directly since she was not actually on site at the Hopkins location. She got my call because the store didn’t answer it themselves. The manager told her my order had already been delivered. It had not been delivered, I was in my home where it was to be delivered to. She was able to refund me the full amount and reissue an order for free, which got to me in about 30 minutes. That lady was great, the rest of the experience was pretty bad.

Worst pizza hut I've ever had. Used to order the Hut all the time when I lived somewhere else. Disappointing... Somehow the food was hard but undercooked. Order was wrong and all I had was 2 things: Light sauce pan pizza and bread sticks. Somehow I had what seemed like heavy sauce and no sauce for the bread sticks that tasted like hardtack.

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever! The pizza crust was way too thin! The marinara sauce wasn’t good at all! The overall pizza was disgusting! I believe this location needs additional training or new staff!
