Pizza Hut

HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I ASKE FOR MY PIZZA. AND KICKED ME OFF YHE PROPERTY WHEN I WENT IN PERSON TO PICK UP MY PIZZA. I ONLY ASKED FOR A MANAHER, WAS NOT DISRWSPECTFUL OR EVEN RUDE, BUT THEY ONLY HUNG UP ON ME AND KICKED ME OUT WHEN I WENT IN PERSON. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered my pizza three hours ago, at least 20 minutes After it was supposed to arrive, they called and said they had recorded the wrong address,, I gave corrected address and then 1 hour later. I called again, and they began hanging up on me. I asked for manager, they hung up on me. After being hung up on at least 5 times I decided to go in person to get my pizza, they came put and immediately told me I had to leave the property. Do not waste your money here, plenty of pizza huts around, and this is by far the worst. You'll be lucky if you get your pizza. If they don't spit in it.

I ordered two orders. I entered two different addresses and I received two different emails with the two different addresses with two different confirmation numbers. They were both delivered to the same address. I called the store and they refused to help. By the time my son-in-law drove the pizzas over to my house they were cold. I was very disappointed. I would really like to be refunded for the very cold pizzas. This was Pizza Huts mistake not mine. I keep both emails as proof that they were to be delivered to two different addresses.

The pizzas were good, the customer service experience was lacking. I arrived to pick up my order approximately 5 minutes later than the time predicted by the Pizza Hut app. No one was at the counter although I could hear employees in the back socializing and talking loudly - I had to get their attention for service. I then find out my order was not ready and had to wait several more minutes. It is usually not my practice to tip before the service is complete but I did in this case.....I would have taken it back if I could have.
