I've never had any issue from this location other than a missing sauce. For as often as I visit, they really are a dependable location.
Our pizza was over 30 minutes late and arrived luke-warm, but worse than that the crust of our pizza seems to have like a smattering of fluffy downy fur baked into the crust which I could only describe as animal hair. It also had an odd freezer burnt taste to it. Worse even, both my husband and I felt sick shortly after. This was not the pizza hut of my youth and that makes me sad. The staff was nice though. So yay for that.
This place you can get a good pizza and then you can get a bad one. I order it well done, cause I like my crust crisp and cheese golden, well tonight this pizza is like raw! White on top and crust is not baked! Can't even eat it! Pizza hut owes me a free one or I want my money back.
