This place goes above and beyond to serve this area some of the best Mexican food we have ever had the pleasure of trying. Everything is fresh, flavorful. Salsa is addicting and everything down to the chips + tortillas appear to be homemade. It's damn near impossible to walk out of here dissatisfied. Staff is excellent, family friendly, prices are very reasonable and food is to die for. I can't say enough about this place, I've ordered here tons of times and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. La Fiesta, YOU GUYS ROCK!!
I write my reviews based on a number of things, but for restaurants, #1 is taste, #2 is service, #3+ is everything else. This is a great restaurant with the best Mexican food I've tasted east of Texas. The service was great, I left a 25% tip. I had the carne asada, and while it was slightly underspiced, it was very tasty and properly cooked. The salsa was great! The beans were robust and tasty.
