Pizza Hut

I ordered 2 Large Stuffed Crust pizzas tonight. And some wings. Ordered online. When I got there, I saw up on the screen that my order was "Ready" Perhaps they should change that to "Ready and waiting" Because I said "hi" as I stepped up to the counter, and the chick in the back? She couldn't be bothered to hand me my food. I stood waiting for 6 minutes. Then, when a different girl came to take my payment -- the original chick MADE HER STOP, interrupted us, to log in an employee that had just walked in. Really? You can't log him in after I'm done paying? This delayed us getting our food another 4 minutes. Yall made my pizza 10 minutes COLDER!! And you didn't even put bacon on half the pizza, and any piece that did have bacon had like 2 tiny bits. Yall are stingy rude and miserable people

Had a pizza delivered, stuff crust. Thing looks very old and is hard as a rock in a lot of places. They are sending another out, however.. don't try to pass off overstocked pizzas you made 2 hours before or off your pizza bar in the lobby as fresh please. Update: was offered a new pizza and should be a hour.. was excited to get the new pie.. till the replacement pie was delivered.... not only did the driver give attitude when I opened it in front of him and explained that the replacement pizza is as bad as the old one.. told he didn't care and call the store... I called the store and was on hold for 10 min. While they get maniger. If I wanted dried out cardboard, I would have ordered domino's.. when I get another pizza from other store I will update once again. Two pizzas was cooked by desoto pizza hut.. much much better quality.

This is the best store. The manager is professional and makes sure you're taken care of! He makes sure your order is right and you feel good. The delivery guy doesn't just throw your pizza and go, he smiles and ask if everything is ok. Best delivery guy EVER!
