RUDE RUDE RUDE Pizza Hut in Lake City near Forest park I don’t know if this is a call center or the actual Pizza Hut. I’ve called 5x and they kept hanging up on me. Ordered pizza last night around 930 pm pizza never arrived and they charged my card $30 I’m not happy at all I will be calling corporate in the morning. I spoke with ALE and she was rude as hell!!!!! We as customer service reps have to do better and be a little more compassionate with people that are having issues with these companies.

Nice delivery driver, but food was terrible. My food was not worth $30. My weren't tossed and one of my pizzas was on the wrong, crust. Pizza was not cut all the way through. 10/10/22 updated review

I was picking up three large orders on 7/22/22 and the three employees there were amazing! I had the young lady write down their names to make this review but unfortunately I lost the paper with the information. The employees had all the orders ready to go on time, were incredibly kind, and even helped me take the food to my car. I was sold on the location due to the customer service but when we ate the food and it was amazing!! Those three employees need a raise!!
