Dunkin'

I am highly disappointed in the service and response I received from the manager this morning. I placed this order on the app at 7:43 am as a walk in pick up. Upon arriving to the store, the doors were locked therefore I could not pick up the order. I waited in the drive through line for approximately 15 minutes. While waiting in the line it took roughly 4 minutes for an employee to come to the speaker and begin taking orders. After continuing to sit and wait on the employee to continue taking the order, I drove around the long anticipated line up to the window. Upon approaching the window, the manager had an attitude and asked “um can I help you.” I said I’m here to pick up my order. She said I would have to tell her what order it is from the speaker. I gave her the name of the order she said she didn’t know if it was ready. At this time is it after 8 am and there is still a long line waiting for orders to be taken in the drive through. The store was nice and clean, the bagel minis were hot and crispy, but my iced latte tasted like it was made with iced coffee- super weak, maybe it was made with the wrong sized shot. I'll give it another try, fingers crossed for some proper espresso.

Staff were so pleasant. I need to use the Loo badly and though they were closing soon the employee was kind enough to accommodate me. They didn't have croissants but he used plain bread for my sausage sandwich. He went the extra mile and I so appreciate this. Please don't change.
