Pizza Hut

I want to support local businesses but the quality of the food just continues to go down. My pizza was cold and there were areas that had nothing on it such as sauce and cheese. The other pizza wasn't even what I ordered. Very disappointed and it was expensive.

I ordered on line to deliver 12 wings and 2 cheese bread. An hour and 30 minutes later no food, I called and the employee wanted to argue with me about my order which amounted to 40.29 for 12 chicken wings and 2 cheese bread. That conversation went on until I got the shift manager who said the computer showed it as a pick up order. I told her I would forward her the email which showed I was billed for the delivery charge and a 4.00 tip and all I wanted was my food at which point I was invited to come and pick it up. I explained I paid for delivery I was currently with no vehicle on site and I expected it to be delivered she said she would make the order keep in mind this is an hour and a half later and she would have it out. Then she called me back and told me I had a 4.00 balance which turned out to be the tip! so two hours later I finally got my order. Never again will I call Pizza Hut.
