Pizza Hut

We ordered one pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese. The Pepperoni was actually more like 2/3 of the pizza so there were only 2 pieces of cheese pizza. We have some young kids that will not eat pizza if it has anything other than cheese on it. so we had to do a little creative cutting. It would have been better if greater care was taken to make sure that our half and half pizza actually had the ingredients split half and half.

Went through and got our pizza and breadsticks, drove away and looked at it. Came back after we noticed they gave us overcooked cinnamon sticks instead of breadsticks so we told them. They took the box back and just put garlic topping on top of the cinnamon sticks and said it just didn’t have that much garlic on when there was zero garlic on it the first time and I expected them to remake it and not give me cinnamon sticks with garlic. My car smelled like cinnamon sticks and we tried them before we went back. Was too afraid to come around through the drive thru again and didn’t want them to do anything to my food. Get home, pizza is undercooked because it had an incredible amount of sauce in the middle and to top it off they cut it the worst I have literally ever seen in my life I’m talking 2 inch pieces and 6 inch pieces. Terrible experience. I had to put my pizza in the oven to eat it. Should have asked for a refund and went to papa johns since we specifically get Pizza Hut for the b

Unfortunately, I more often than not have some type of issue with this store. The personnel are great, friendly, and so on but there is often something that happens with my order process, pizza quality, and so on. This time I ordered ahead to pick up in about 45 minutes and the pizza was not ready upon arriving about 5-10 early. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be ready for pick up in addition to the 5-10 from early arrival. The gentleman at the counter did offer me a complimentary Pepsi for having to wait for which I was very appreciative but these types of situations should not happen continually. Pizza hut is my favorite and is the most convenient for me but I am thinking of ordering from another pizza maker in the future if this continues to happen. Thank you for reading my concern. John
