Pizza Hut

Terrible service. Ordered online for delivery and for whatever reason it was switched over to door dash. Well the driver went there to pick it up and was screamed at by the manager saying she is not taking money out of her drivers pockets and to leave. So be cautious if you order online for delivery. May not get your pizza.

If I could give less stars I would. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our order. Multiple items were missing. Called the location and were told they can’t do anything because someone from THEIR company “wrote it in as a note and didn’t actually ring it up”. We were also missing an entire pizza. The woman we spoke with was disrespectful. They continued to hang up on us, put us on hold for long amounts of time (15+minutes). They refused to tell us employee names. When asked to speak to a manager the first time the woman claimed “he’s busy boxing up a pizza”. I told her I didn’t mind holding and her response was “you can just sit on hold then”. When I finally was able to speak to a manager he chuckled when I asked about disciplinary action, then brushed it off saying no he just had a stressful night then informed me my order took so long because he was supposed to have 8 employees and only had 4. He told me wait times were 90 minutes in which I responded we waited an hour past that time. When I b

Pizzas are small in comparisons to other pizza places very slow on delivery! Never get to talk to the store always get an answering service to take your order and most speak broken English and don't even live in the country I know this because I ask
