McDonald's

Horrible customer service. Management especially. This location also is falsely advertising on their own ordering screen they had the new Halloween adult happy meals- but they just say nothing and give you the food but no toy or special box. Boo! But they still upcharge for it!!! This location is a joke and absolutely sucks.

I absolutely hate this McDonald’s! But what I hate more is that it is the only one close to where I work and it’s literally in the same parking lot. This location consistently during breakfast hours only has one drive-through lane open. Which of course they put the slowest employees to take your order and at the window, which is the same person. I have waited in line 10 to 15 minutes (which where this location is located the line backs up out into the street) place my order only to get up to the window to be told that their frappe machine is doing its cleaning cycle. I don’t know who runs this McDonald’s manager wise or district manager wise but who in their right mind would allow a machine to clean while they are open. There are absolutely people in there prepping getting ready before they ever turn the lights on and open the doors, it could easily be done during that time. If you have the option to pick absolutely any other location it’s a good idea that you do!

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in the city. My order is NEVER right and I always end up going inside to have them fix my order. Not only did they get my order wrong today by giving me a breakfast sandwich with meat when I am a vegetarian and asked for NO MEAT they also gave me a cold hash brown that tasted like it been out for a few hours and I didn't realize it until I got home. DO BETTER!!
