Pizza Hut

I was able to place a carryout order at 10:57pm at the 17500 Northwest Freeway location. I called to confirm that I would be able to pick up the order and the lady who answered the phone very pleasantly let me know yes, the pizza would be ready in about 9 min for pick up. I sent my bf to get the pizza, which was a location he was not familiar with, because our l closest store was already closed. He accidentally passed it and went way too far. The lady called me to let me know she would be leaving in 5 minutes. I let her know that he was on his way he went to the wrong store. She waited for him to arrive and was still just as pleasant and forgiving when he got the pizzas! We thank her SO MUCH for taking care of us so close to closing time!! 10 stars out of a 5 star rating system!

I received a text my order was on the way. It took 28 minutes and was hardly warm when I received it. The marinara sauce was cold. I selected leave at door and the driver rang the bell, waited 2 minutes, knocked and continued to wait until I came to the door saying I chose leave at door while my dog was going crazy. Completely disappointed in overall experience. I could have overlooked the time, but I live 8 minutes from the location I ordered from. Completely unacceptable and the driver needs to do better.

The thin crust is crisp and amount of toppings is good. Ready on time and hot.
