The staff were extremely rude and didn’t even have the decency speak when I came in to pick up my pizza. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service.
Just ordered two pizzas. Was very disappointed. The sausage was nasty and the flavor is not what it use to be. The crust was different.
Terrible customer service. Placed a order here last night at the homewood location online. Lisa charged me for my food and delivery. Then called me 35 minutes later talkn bout they not doing no more deliveries she done with Doordash for the night. But mind you the tracker said my food was on the way. Then she said she was new..then she claimed to be the manager when I said give me the number to corporate...she had me on hold 10 more minutes to say she didnt know it. I will never place a order here in the future. Very terrible method of service. Lost a good customer because your employee Lisa had a problem doing her job. TERRIBLE SERVICE. 1 star is for nothing. Just like I got last night.
