Pizza Hut has gone to S#@t. Ordered a Meatlovers... disgusted at how much meat was on it! I said substitute Italian sausage for pork, they charged extra for the pork. I will never get a pizza from Pizza Hut again!
7-24-22 Update. Still no refund, still unable to get ahold of corporate. Don't order from any pizza hut. Worst fast food ever! Will be reporting it to BBB. 7-11-22 UPDATE!!!! WARNING DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY WILL SAY THEY CANCELED YOUR ORDER BUT WONT REFUND THE CARD USED, THEY WILL SAY THERE IS NO ORDER UNDER YOUR NUMBER. THEY WILL THEN GIVE YOU A BS NUMBER TO CALL WHICH ALSO SAYS THERE WAS NO ORDER PLACED, EVEN IF I HAVE THE ORDER NUMBER. 7-7-22 No drivers... they said they requested a doordash to deliver. been over an hour still no pizza. an hour 30mins later still no pizza. called and cancelled. not sure if I will get a refund they guy didn't even take my name or number.
If I could leave zero stars I would. They can’t hire drivers so they outsource to DoorDash. Our past five orders have been messed up, missing items, or just didn’t show. One got delivered looking like the driver stopped and shook the pizza box around on the way up.
