Pizza Hut

I had one bad experience here recently, the first time in over a year of going to this location. Dozens of flawless orders, until this one. It was unbelievably bad; service, food, everything. I was very irritated by the situation. However the next day I received a call from management to explain what led to such a bad night, what they are doing to fix it, and a credit to my account to be fair after dropping the ball. Everyone is capable of mistakes and bad nights, the Most important thing is how you respond to those moments. I respect those who step up to take responsibility for failures and show they can be trusted with the solutions. Very well done on the follow up.

Ordered a three topping with Pepperoni, bacon and pineapple. However, I couldn’t find the bacon and there was only one pepperoni and one pineapple per slice. SMDH

The order was placed otp for the drive thru. The order took a little longer to reach the store so we ended up arriving before the store received the order. We left and returned 20 min later. They couldn't find the order at 1st, but after a few more minutes, it showed up. The pizza and breadsticks were really good, but the Cinnabon things were awesome ???? The staff is really nice and the drivers are great.
