After waiting in line for well over 15 minutes for dinner, I ordered 3 large drinks and none of them had ice on a hot day like today you just want a cold beverage. Then I proceeded to pull out of the drive thru and was given no straws or sauce and the fries were cold, really salty and the food over all just wasn’t good.
This is the only Chick-fil-a I've ever had poor experiences with. I'm not the type that usually complains, but the food I've gotten from this particular Chick-fil-a is very poor quality. The nuggets I bought this evening were charred, hard, and burnt. One of the 8 nuggets was basically just crust. A few weeks ago I got a sandwich and the chicken barely looked cooked. It was even kind of tough. Not cooked thoroughly. Management needs to hire some better kitchen staff here.
