Great experience!! The employees there are happy to attend you and greet you and smile ???? that's what I liked the most. Even though they are very busy they still look very pleased to give you service.

I would never recommend the 14th Street location in Bradenton. I ordered on line yesterday and right after I hit send to order I realized that I had made a mistake on my order. It took 7 minutes 48 seconds for my call to be answered, and when I made my request to delete the banana peppers and add extra cheese to both of my orders, the person answering the phone tried to tell me that since the banana peppers were on the side that it would not matter. I insisted that I did not want the banana peppers and would like to have extra cheese on both pizzas since it was the same price. Again I was told that it did not matter since the peppers were on the side and after I reiterated what I wanted and loudly said "I do now want the banana peppers" the person I was talking to said "I'll fix it!" and hung up. Even though I had requested contact-less pick up I went into the store to get my order to make sure it was correct. It was not. I had typed in half pepperoni for one of the pizzas and

walked in today at 6:45 to be told i can't just order i have to phone it in???? i could understand this if lobby NOT open!! so the burger joints are smart enough to take a order but this place NOT????
