Good food. My order was fresh. Only thing they didn't have sweet tea available
The salad is always fresh and delicious (the cobb salad). Staff is attentive and wasn’t too Busy for lunch time
Tonight was only our second time eating at Zaxby’s. The first time was super delicious but tonight I don’t know what happened but the food was terrible. We both had the classic chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was over cooked and tuff and chewy and needed a magnifying glass to find the pickles, and the bun was soggy. Now the fries were under cooked and soggy and the Dr Pepper was more seltzer water than Dr Pepper. It’s to late for us as it was so bad we won’t be back but maybe this review will help them realize the changes needed to have better quality control before they lose more customers. Good luck Zaxby’s
