Pizza Hut

The order I received was incorrect as the side was not what I purchased. The store was out of 2 liters so instead I received three 20oz bottles. The pizza did not appear to include extra cheese (paid for) and was poorly sliced.

This place will make you wait extra long even after you’ve ordered over twenty minutes ago. I had to ask for someone else’s pizza and for my own. Hers ended up being in the oven and they didn’t realize it. They take your money and don’t tell you how long the wait is. It’s terrible customer service. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from this Pizza Hut.

received 2 burned Pizza's, and a wrong pizza. When asked for a refund as i returned the pizza was told i would get a call from the RGM which s a dumb name for Store Manager. I called and was offered store credit +10 or my order made again. This wasnt the first flop from this location but it will be the last. Refused to refund 2 days in a row. Its a franchise so really what should anyone expect.
