Pizza Hut

I love Pizza Hut, but now I’m skeptical. The pizza was not only cold both times, but they delivered the complete wrong pizza. Correct pizza didn’t show up until 2hrs later. Employee on the phone refused to give me a credit towards my next purchase. Will not be doing business with this location again.

Poor customer service/ seal broken on pizza and no seal on wing. The door dasher broke the seal on my pizza and the there was no seal on my wings. The door dasher then tried to give me this door dash bag saying I can keep it. Then he refused to take my pizza out the bag. Not to mention he sat on a dead end street with my food for 10 mins.when I got my food it look really weird . PIZZA HUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SAYING THEY DONT DO REFUNDS. I had to call customer service while in the store they so say processed my refund and I should see it in 1-3 business days. Customer service said the store should have gave a refund. You should not eat here management his horrible customer service experience was disappointing.

Waited over an hour for one large pizza because they ran out of cheese. Finally after waiting this long my pizza is ready but my cinnamon rolls were never put in, so here I am again waiting another 10-15 minutes for them. This was terrible service and no one even apologized for anything, just a bunch of young kids not caring about anything. Get your store together management.
