This place is BUSY. A lot of people and a long line at the door. We got there early so we didnt have to wait too long. But I will say that it is really worth the wait the food was AMAZE. The biscuits are soft and moist yet crisp on the top- perfectly made. My son got the figgy pop tarts and they're made from scratch and taste absolutely wonderful. The blueberry pancake is refreshing and lemony. I got a biscuit sammie with chicken and mushroom gravy and it was one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. The coffee is even really delicious. And I saw a table next to us get bloody Mary's and they looked amazing!!! I was jealous haha. I wanted to ask if I could take a photo of the drinks but I decided not to disturb, you'll have to experience them yourself. If you dont mind a bit of a wait this place is WORTH IT. Get the fried green tomatoes!!!????
This place is a hidden gem.... Only open until 2pm and it gets crowded so plan on getting there early. I recommend the hash ups, hash browns with grilled onions, mushrooms and your choice of add ons, I got sausage and eggs over easy, or the money ball, two fresh homemade biscuits with homemade gravy and two eggs on top. This had quickly become my favorite breakfast place in Reno. Parking: Only parking is on the street.
Pine State Biscuits is a MUST! Biscuits are soft and melt in your mouth buttery goodness! We came from Tahoe for a day trip and was for sure worth it! So good we went back a second time leaving to go back home. First trip we split the Chatfield and some beignets. Both were fantastic! ???? second time we got the biscuits À la cart with some eggs and bacon. The apple butter with the biscuits is heavenly! Service was also amazing and they are true rockstars for keeping up with the crowds of peeps coming in and the restaurant was very clean. We will be back!
