Quick to get seated, but over an hour wait for our food. Very inattentive waitress. Drinks left empty, only two crab crackers for our full table, after trying several times to ask for more, she never brought them. We hardly saw our waitress. Asked for simple things, and never received them. I did not like the plastic serve ware, nor the foam plates. They were completely useless and cheap. The food was very over cooked. The shrimp was just gross ( 4 different boils ) the garlic butter option was just butter. Zero garlic flavor. The crab legs, both king and snow were not fresh. I have never experienced crab legs that you cannot crack! No matter what we did, we could not open the legs. They were all bendy, and would not crack open. I wanted to just ask the waitress for scissors, but again, we never saw her. So, our crab legs went pretty much uneaten, because they would not crack open. Only bend like rubber. The waitress was the best. We came late right b4 they were closing she was very friendly and super patient. Never once did she try to rush us at all. I give this place 8 out of 10.. The food was to be expected a lil more pricey than we expected. But all in all it was a very very wonderful experience thanks to our waitress. I wish I could remember her name.. I did however tell the manager how great she was. Thanks again for your patience young lady you are amazing.
