Piccolo Abbot Kinney

Sampling the appetizers and smaller plates (non-entrees) allowed our party of 3 to enjoy a wide variety of wonderful menu choices. Un/fortunately we didn’t bring a big appetites. We were able to sample 2 desserts. LOL! Sitting outdoors on the main drag (Abbot Kinney ) was not as noisy/dirty since we ate there during early dinner hour on a Sunday. Plating/presentation = 5, food = 5, Ambience = 4, service = 5 The crowd looked like friends connecting over a simple meal, romantic and/or long time couples and small families (1 child) or extended families. In short, all diners found it to be a great place to eat.

Fantastic, authentic Italian food in a laidback but stylish setting. I wore a red hot chilli peppers t shirt and felt right at home, but would have also felt at home in a button up shirt. Food was fantastic, the seafood linguine was the best I’ve had, and the burrata was melt in the mouth delicious. The cherry on top was the fantastic and friendly service - Scarlet made the evening, what a gem! 10/10 would recommend ✌️
