My partner and I have been coming here for several years and have noticed a deterioration of the service and food handling practices. An attendant is slow to appear once you are seated. We prefer traditional tableware not plastic and it's difficult to get it. Cold protein salads are now placed on trays rather than directly on the cold refrigerated surface so that the crab salad I would typically purchase is cool rather than the required less than 40 degree temperature. This is asking for trouble and a county sanitarian food inspector would mark a restaurant down for this practice.
Servers were rude and sloppy. I ordered the turkey and dressing. The gravy was watery and had no flavor. The server failed to drain the "gravy" sufficiently and it sloshed all over my sides. I have eaten at this location for over a 12 year period. This is the worst I have ever seen the quality of food and service.We will NOT be returning to this location!
I have been to Piccadilly a total of five times and each time I was invited by a friend. But all five times I truly appreciated and enjoyed the variety of foods that they serve. ???? If you are looking for some soul food Piccadillys is the place to go. Parking is very good.
