Fletcher's Place

This was not a hit at all, we will not be back, The drinks were watered down & the D.j was playing the music he liked.The good is mediocre at its best and it's just not the place to go to if you're looking to have a ounce of fun.The 1 star is for customer service, our server was pleasant and she had a beautiful smile.

The good and the only reason for 1 star- DJ Lady Divine. I'm never going back to Fletchers but the music she played during the 30 minutes I wasted in there was good. One waitress tried to be accommodating but I could tell she had no authority to make decisions related to customer issues. She did what she had to do...get the horrible attitude, horrible customer service lady manager/cook/whatever she was. I ordered a porkchop sandwich and fried mushrooms directly from the restaurant via their website. I had a 15 to 30 min pickup window. I get there and am told, "we don't have no porkchops". The "manager's" attitude was horrible as if it was my fault. I just said I wanted a refund. She tells me they can't give me a refund.....for some %#@$ they didn't have? Mind you, I already paid 25.00 online including a tip. She tells me I have to download some app called SLICE and contact them to get my money back because SLICE only pays them once a month. Food good. The wings. The philly chicken or beef on the pita bread.... Boi what? That food good. The cheese burger... Yes! Yo neighborhood Fletchers. It's local, whole in the wall vibes, but clean.... it's a bar and we all know what the food be like...somebody put they foot in it. I feel like I've left them a review before. So I had the burger and the Stonecrest location, but I frequent S. Dekalb. Enjoy the food good people!
