I mean, this place is fine if you’re looking for very average pasta that doesn’t allow for many customizations. I was disappointed to see that this place didn’t allow many customizations since it is surrounded by other, build-your-own establishments like Chipotle, Mod Pizza, and Salada. The pasta itself isn’t that enticing. Pasta is cooked past al dente and becomes mealy. Sauce is thin and not salted too well, and the meat is somewhat dry. Again, this is a passable restaurant but not what I would expect.

Winner winner chicken dinner. NOT IN THIS CASE. I'm going to have to pass. My sister ordered takeout from here today 9/8/2022. She ordered the carbonara pasta with double chicken and when she bit into a chicken piece it was completely raw. Not exaggerating. Refer to the attached picture. That is a HUGE health hazard! I want to vomit just thinking about it. She called the manager immediately and they told her to post a review and attach a picture. They didn't even sound apologetic. Great customer service guys. I'm hoping this was a one time thing but It's just not worth it to come here and risk getting food poisoning.

I love this place!! Such fresh ingredients, a clean and bright space, and the best customer service. Jessica in particular is always so helpful and kind! Thankful to have a gem like Piada close to campus for study breaks; it’s kind of an underrated spot to get a little work done, too, with outlets and booths available all over the main seating wall. Highly recommend!!
