Chipotle Mexican Grill

The restaurant like all Chipotle restaurants have the best tasting meats. I love visiting and dining at the restaurants. The location is perfect if you are in the medical area, but hardly no places to park nearby, which is the downside. The parking garages charge $14 a day, Metro passes by, just so you guys know.

The reason I’m giving this chipotle a bad review is because I’ve been eating here for almost a year and tonight they made a big deal about the white rice can’t be sold to customers unless they order off-line. I was not understanding bad because I don’t eat brown rice, and because I was told that I could not get white rice which I’ve been getting this for almost a year. Now I have to eat something I don’t want and I paid nine dollars and something for a bowl /chicken bowl and it’s normally eight dollars and something I don’t know what the problem is but I hope you guys fix this as soon as possible and yes I am a technician at the hospital and this is a honest review. I cannot believe they’re only making customers purchase /eat only brown rice

While this restaurant is pretty immaculate in cleanliness, they suffer in terms of consistency, quality, and service. I placed a pick-up order to have a fast experience getting my food during a busy day. When I got to the pick-up shelf, I saw that they don’t even put your orders on the shelf! They just keep them in the back, making it super inconvenient to get your order. Several of us waited almost 10 minutes for anyone to come to the back to give us our orders. This does affect quality as our food is getting cold just sitting there. I got their new garlic guajillo steak bowl, expecting a great experience. The steak was not good. It was inedible, tough, and too chewy to even eat. Unfortunately the proportions are also way off. I received almost no steak in the entire bowl! It was mostly just rice. Overall this Chipotle doesn’t hit the mark in terms of service and quality, which are 2 hugely important aspects in the restaurant business. I do hope they fix this so that we can give this
