I would say it's good that Pho Vy is open again. Great service and friendly staff. Great menu to select from and great appetizer.
The first time Yelp lead us to come here. Food is good. While your customers are eating, you should not wipe the floor because the smell of the bleach is too strong, from the table to the floor so the food does not taste as good because of the smell.
Nice Pho! The restaurant is clean and staff are friendly. French coffee with condensed milk is a blast. Highly recommended!
