Pho Thien Vietnamese Kitchen

I really wanted some delicious Bun Bo Hue and did some research online and found this place. The lychee mango tapioca was absolutely stunning. The shrimp rolls was delicious too! I'm so sorry but the Bun Bo Hue with the fish sauce was terrible. And I love fish sauce. It just wasn't a good combination in my opinion. I would not go back probably because it's over an hour drive for me. However, the staff was amazing and so knowledgeable. 4 stars for the staffs alone. If you're in the neighborhood, definitely try out the place. It's just the fish sauce was too overwhelming for me.

Whoever in charge on the night of Oct 29th, pls reconsider your customer service. We appreciate the good food the first time we came here. Therefore, we went back for the 2nd time last night with another family. We were two families of around 8 people, we requested to sit together. However, they adamantly refused accommodating us. Even when there were enough tables. At one point, when we just ordered food, there were two tables at the back with a room not very crowded, they still refused and still asked us to split into two tables, stating that “since you guys have already settled out and ordered food” (I have posted a photo to see how empty the restaurant was at the time, and why it was so hard just to allow us to sit at 8 together). We did not request anything too hard, illegal or disturbing, we just wanted to sit together to have a nice eating experience. We've been customers since they opened. Our son insisted on their delicious Pho as his High School graduation meal. Entire menu is wonderful but my favorite is the Pho. Very family friendly, attentive staff even in the busiest of times.
