I came in at 11am when the restaurant claims to be open. But was was told no they open at 11:30. Out of pity the lady was willing to take my order but she made it clear that they were not technically open at 11am and she was doing me a great favor. I'm a paying customer not a charity case. I just left to go eat somewhere else. Either change your sinage or honor it.
Since I am rating experience, I can’t rate it higher than a 3. The food is generally good, and consistent (worth a 4+ alone), however, 3 out of the last 4 orders they did not include one of my items - with $2.50+ in fees with delivery, in addition to generous tips, it ruins the experience. Definitely worth picking up from.
I had the king pho combination but the pho was not hot enough It was disappointing also there was a lack of brisket meat but overall the food was ok. … More
