So me and my partner got there for his birthday and ordered food as normal. This group of people came in 10-15 minutes after we did, yet they got their appetizers and food first. We didn’t get any appetizers till well after those people had gotten their food. And we got dessert way before actual food. I was infuriated, because they didn’t care, nor apologized for the wait or the inconvenience. Have been coming here for the past 3 years, but after today. I’m never stepping foot in this establishment again. Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend!
Best authentic pho in dfw area. Good egg rolls. Cafe sua da is made perfectly here. Home vibe
Food is good. Liked it and finished it all. We got #29 Com Tam Tom Bi Suon and #42 Bun Tau Hu Ky Place is spacious. Decorative. Those red lanterns are really catchy. Music is not so loud. Menu is a bit overpriced. Customer Service has a lot of room for improvement. Come on, put on some smile when serving :-) Restroom has bad smell. I was gonna give 3 star review, but well, maybe someone had a tough day and someone forgot to clean the restroom. There you go, a hoping-for-improvement 4 star.
