This is a really bad place please people don’t go and eat here. I just spend over $60 on 3 combination soups besides not having tripe and tendon two of my soups had a hair on them and when I called to see what they were going to do about it there respond was that customers should check there food before leaving like really is to go and we’re going to sit there and check to see if food doesn’t have hair maybe they should be more careful 3 soups going to trash and no refund back this is so ridiculous.
They have the best pho! From the broth to the rice noodles it is absolutely delicious. They also have the best to go packaging. It comes with a bowl and a separate container for the broth. I drive at least 15 minutes to go pick it up and it is worth it every time!
Not really happy about giving this place a one start but the reason I’m doing it is because I ordered online And when I got my order delivered I didn’t get any utensils and I was at a hotel so I had to figure out how to eat it then when I called to let them know I didn’t even get an apology the girl said “there’s nothing we can do about that”!!! Never getting food from this place again. After receiving a reply from the owner as you can see below I need to add that yes I did check my order and no I didn’t select NO for utensils, also as you can see the rudeness of this person, you don’t talk to a client like that… to bad because their food is great but definitely they need to learn how to treat their customers…
