So far this week I've been to cow 7 and hung Cali 2. Pho Bo is the winner ???? Noodle ???? consistency is perfect. No clumps. All breaks and flows apart beautifully. Spare small green onions and Cilantro. Not overpowered like other places. The meats are smooth like butter. A lot of flavor and easy to eat. Nothing chewey or rubbery. The meat and noodles taste fresh. They have hot oil! Not just chili paste or sriracha. The pho had so much inherent great flavor I barley added any oyster sauce or fixings. It's that good next time I might try it without adding anything.
Their pho broth was wonderful! They also have beef bone, which is truly authentic
Very attentive and friendly staff, quick service and awesome value. The spring rolls were great, although not with the usual Vietnamese dipping sauce. The pho soup was also a lighter take with really quality beef brisket that was very flavourful. Next time I go, would love to try their lobster pho!
