Pho Bar

We go to Pho Bar very often and lately the service hasn't been the greatest, except for one waitress. Always new faces when we go in every time and they are brand new and don't know what they're doing, when we walked in we weren't greeted just got asked rudely if it was for here or to go? Then told us to sit wherever, high chairs were dusty and unkept cleaned it myself, after we ordered they came back about 15 mins later and said they didn't have Wi-Fi on their phone so the ticket never went through so we waited another 20-25 mins for our food, with a toddler believe me that's not always easy. Then when they brought our food out they messed up my toddlers plate, and my fiancés plate, had to send back and wait longer, but the waitress said I need to look at the ticket instead of taking our word for it, I know what we ordered hence we've been going here for so long. Called in an order for their bahn mi and egg rolls. Service was friendly for take out. However, the bahn mi did not taste fresh and ended up being tossed. This is our go to restaurant in Rio Rancho for Pho. They are fast and the food is always delicious. Whether you’re dinning in or getting takeout. I highly recommend.
