Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

After placing a mobile order I made my way to this location on Southern. Went through the drive though and was asked if I’m ok waiting 12 minutes on the chicken while they cook it… which I was fine with. I was asked to go park in a spot and they’ll bring my food out. After 25 minutes I asked my daughter to go inside and ask for the order. The response she got was “I don’t know how much longer”. So I went inside and was shocked by the attitude of this store’s employees. Not a single one them of them seemed to have a care in the world. I was told again the chicken is still being cooked. I made them aware it’s been 30 minutes already waiting on my order. Since it was a mobile order, I had to call customer service to get my money back after leaving without food. I’m not sure who manages this location, but they should be ashamed of themselves.

Spent 15 minutes in line behind two other cars. Never got my food. Was on my way to work, running ahead of schedule. But after sitting there all that time I had to leave without my food or I was going to be late. What the heck?? It's fast food people. Don't go in to my line of work. You wouldn't make it one day.

I spent 30 minutes in drive-thru! They had the lobby closed. One man stopped by my car to tell the lady at the window that he ordered on line, but can't go inside to pick up his order. The girl told him, "Dude, I have all these orders in line and most of them are online orders also. Did you get in line?" Needless to say, the man told her he didn't order online ahead of time just to wait an hour in line. This Popeye's seriously needs more workers and better management. Cars were wrapped around the building!
