They have lost a frequent customer! The first time I got home with my take-out order and discovered very hard overcooked fish, I did not report the issue. Though I was thoroughly disappointed, I simply scraped most of the hard coating off and proceeded to eat the fish. This time I was given burnt fries with my order. I was not going to let it ride a 2nd time since this place is not cheap. I was told to return for a fresh order. When I returned to the store with the burnt fries I was met with very poor customer service. They literally have untrained unprofessional "kids" cooking the food and running the store. I will never patronize this place again.

I love to support black restaurants and businesses but my experience was typical of most black owned businesses. It took 1 hour 1/2 to get our food and most of it was cold when we got it . The worst part is me and my sister was the was the only people in the place. I hope they will improve after reading this review because with the time it takes to get 2 orders I can’t see they could possibly be making any profit and hopefully they won’t loose their business.

The shrimp and catfish was sooooo good! I'm not even gonna mention the tartar sauce.... delicious???? The young man that was working was really sweet too.
