First time going & had a great time! Drinks were on point, food was great & my bartender was amazing!

This review is based on my experience at the new location. I was charged for a drink and appetizer I did not receive. I informed my waitress and she shared the issue with an employee at the bar. I provided the necessary info and I thought it was rectified prior to leaving. Unfortunately, after checking my bank statements, I was credited $2 and still charged the incorrect amount. I disputed the charge with my bank. Unfortunately, the claim was reversed. I want to say that the people that tried to assist me that night were kind. However, this has been frustrating so I'll just cut my losses now & share my experience.

I like going to this bar. For the past 3 weeks drinks and food have been taking forever to get. I don't blame staff because I've been watching them run with their heads cut off. If you fire 5 people then hire 5. Teach people what you expect, instead of firing to show dominance. Thanks for responding, but the way your working staff is killing them. It's your business, but haven't seen mgt helping at bar. I will still come but giving my feedback.
