Bun Boe Hue (spelling is most likely wrong) is absolutely excellent. The service is quick, friendly, the produce they use is fresh like its from the garden and their soup stocks are top tier. Ok I reeeeeally try to be fair .. and the good news is our Boba smoothies were decent.. HOWEVER I have eaten a lot of Vietnamese in my life .. it’s one of my favorite foods … and these are the wimpiest summer rolls I have ever seen ever .. these are like 1/3 the size they should be and have no mint in them only romaine lettuce a little bit of vermicelli and kinda older harder tofu .. they also came wrapped in Saran Wrap which can be good for to-go ( the rice paper dries out super fast) or it just means they were all pre-made this morning :/ Sorry but these have made me too depressed to ever consider coming back … to end on a good note our waitress was super sweet and I’m still glad I left a nice tip for takeout before I saw the rolls .. she deserved it .. I’d like to take the remaining roll back to the kitchen and just put my hands up in the air and hope for a confession and apology
Customer service was a complete knockout and stellar beyond words. Went in for our sons birthday dinner, accommodated, a special, vegan menu for myself, and my wife, kicked down some complimentary birthday smoothies at the end for kids, and had a nice conversation! The food was excellent but the atmosphere was truly priceless and will garner a return visit! Thank you again so much.
