Chick-fil-A

The food is great. The staff are pleasant and the brand has garnered a lot of positive attention overall. This location has done several things to assist with traffic flow but it is a tough one considering how busy it is on a daily basis. I appreciate everything they have done it’s just a tough situation. The parking lot next to it was quite empty so customers seemed to use it to assist with overflow.

The person in the drivethrough was rude told me they wouldn't acomidate my request because they didn't have to, and then I get to the window managers apologized and said they refunded me I never saw the refund nor did I get a receipt for it. They also didn't give me 2 of the Mac and cheeses I ordered! Never have I had a bad experience at chick. I will not return.

As soon as you walk in it smells like filth. Dirty place. Windows and doors have nasty greasy prints all over them. Floor is sticky. The order was wrong but we didn’t bother to complain as it seems the staff was having their own problems trying to repair a register. If you pick this location, use the drive thru unless you like smelling filth and sitting in sticky seats. The new manager walked by like we were invisible as well.
