Phở 9 II

This place was next in line for my quest to find the best pho in Denver. While I cannot say it made the cut, the food was still great and service was fine. One thing that I will forever remember, though, is their peanut sauce which accompanies the spring rolls. It is, hands down, the best I have ever had. My spring roll was swimming in the stuff and I asked for more to put on the pad Thai. I am still thinking about it to be honest…

Our first time at Pho 9 II was great. We had spring rolls, sesame shrimp, and a lemongrass chicken noodle bowl. The sesame shrimp was crispy and one of the best I’ve had in years. The lemongrass chicken was well seasoned and just the right amount of spicy for someone who enjoys a medium spice level. The portions are fairly large, we had leftovers. Parking is easy, the service is great, and the restaurant is clean and fresh. Parking: Plenty of parking as this restaurant is located next to a Safeway.

This was when pho 88 was still here and we gave it 5 stars Ate pho for the first time here and it is mighty good! The staff is funny, friendly and attentive! I love coming here and will totally be bringing some friends too! If you love meat I recommend the short ribs! They’re really amazing! And to drink, any one of the bobas is fine!
